In technology this year you will be working in one of seven material areas, Food, Graphic Products, Resistant Materials, Manufacturing, Electronic Products, Engineering and Textiles. You will continue GCSE coursework started in Year 10 and begin focused theory sessions to equip you for the exam. Coursework forms 60% of the final grade and the exam counts for the remaining 40%.
