Connexions
Connexions Co.Durham offers advice and guidance to young people between the ages of 13 and 19 on a wide range of issues e.g.careers guidance, job search, voluntary work, health and relationships, drugs and alcohol, housing and homelessness and many other issues. Where we cannot give expert advice we will point students in the right direction to receive it, as we work with a wide range of other professionals. The Connexions Personal Adviser in Hermitage is Mr Nick Jobson who is normally in school Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Students can make an appointment for individual advice through his/her Co-ordinator of Learning. Alternatively a free drop-in session on Thursdays between 12:00 and 1:00 PM is offered. This is open to all Hermitage students.
